Go here: download this registry fix from http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/reg/smitfraud.reg
Double-click smitfraud.reg on your desktop. When asked if you want to merge with the registry click YES.
You can give it a try. It shouldn't hurt anything.Do you think this will work?

If that doesn't work try:
Then download this program.
http://downloads.subratam.org/DllCompare.exe
Open the program and click the "Run Locate.com" button.
Then click the "Compare" button (this will take a few minutes)
When it finishes click the "Make Log…." button.
Post the dll compare log to this thread.
If you do then I came across something today that might help. If you use IE and would like to enlarge the print size of web pages then why not try One Format. You can download a stylesheet which you can attach to your browser, then you can adapt the colour scheme, text size and text weight to suit you.

If you dont have these three programs I would recommend that you get them. Spywareblaster, Spywareguard and IESPY AD. They will add 1000's of sites to your resticted zone and block some hijacks from happening. I also have a FREE FIREWALL and FREE ANTI VIRUS if you need one.
It is critical to have both a firewall and anti virus to protect your system.
Keep your system up to date and run Adaware & Spybot, once a week works, and hopefully you will be ok from here on. Both are available below.
Safe Surfing.
I would also suggest you read this:
