I wish it did - but I've tried that so many times.

In the mean time should I restore

If it's not like you want it, I would. The infections that you had might be back though, but we can work on those if they are.

can I send you a print screen of what IE looks like. It is getting worse. I have it at the smallest font and it is huge.

What it looks like to me is it's only messed up when you're on the web.

I'm guessing here. With IE open, click View> Encoding> make sure Auto-select is checked >Western Europe

I'm at work right now, but try this.

If you download and double click on this small app, it will restore all the default search fuctions for IE.

http://www.spywareinfo.com/downloads/tools/IEFIX.reg

Save it to your desktop.

Right click on the file IEFIX.reg and select Merge.
