What is the problem you are experiencing? Looks like you have just installed something and you need to reboot to complete it.

The only thing I see that needs to be removed when you rerun Hijack this is:

O1 - Hosts: 66.250.171.174 sitefinder-idn.verisign.com

You are running Internet Explorer V5.0 which is very downlevel. You should update to V6.0 and insure you have all Windows Critical updates installed.
