As you saw, Ewido cleaned 60 files. Beforehand, I deleted some carp** (temp files, etc). Yes. so far her computer feels good, running fine. Maybe I'll see some of those Ewido removed files later, looked like some trojans/keyloggers were there, not sure. I'm gonna stress it a little, maybe a defrag, disk cleanup, virus scan, make sure computer stops powering off by itself. That was the big problem. After that, I'll run computer in Internet Explorer, make sure she's not getting pop-ups. At that point I'll feel good. So her new HJT file looks okay? Thanks man, I'll be sure to donate a little each time you help like this, helpful forum you've got here, GiantBrandon

I've been using CC about a year and it's just getting better. Guy who develops has been doing a fine job. Looks like there's alot of helpful pinned stickies and docs on this site about security, privacy, etc. I'm looking forward to reading many of them this week. Sometimes you visit a new website or forum, this being one, and real quick you get a sense it's helpful and like a knowledge "injection," smart genuine folks you can learn alot from like Schneier, Langa, Mueller, etc. I do alot of security audits, if I can post them here and have an expert sift through it and save me some time, I'd be glad to donate $10 each time if it's efficient like I think it could be. Cool site! Talk to you soon. GiantBrandon
