Let me second Dubz opinion!!! I have sbc yahoo online protection. I hope that has what I need. I remember we skipped an instruction much earlier "Next navigate to the C:\Documents and Settings\(EVERY LISTED PROFILE USER)\Local Settings\Temp folder. Open the Temp folder and go to Edit > Select All then Edit > Delete to delete the entire contents of the Temp folder." Can we forget about that? I will look into those three items you suggest, but right now I need a drink. There are no computer issues that I have noticed as yet. Thanks again for your patience and help through all these posts.

That's a co-worker in my real life job :D

If you want to cleanout the temp files, you can run this one:

Please download System Security Suite. Extract it from the zip file into a folder.
here.

Run 3S under “Items To Clear” tab place a checkmark in all of them but the last.

so just to clarify--- I check all the boxes except for User Defined Folders on the bottom right? Then Clear selected Items. I'm not sure what happened but after I downloaded the Sygate firewall, Windows shut itself down during startup. So I uninstalled it. I guess my computer doesn't care for it.
