Hi little eagle,

i have been getting "system message" popping out of the screen.. it says that i have registry errors. could it be due to spyware? I am not sure. but the thing is that, when these "system message" pops up, it gives me a link to download the repair application, and the site is not Microsoft. its http://www.wiin32win.com.
 Guess I'm going blind.

Close all programs leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following,

F3 - REG:win.ini: load= C:\TCWIN45\PIPELINE\remind.exe C:\TCWIN45\PIPELINE\\remind.exe

Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.

Go here and run online scans, allow them to delete whatever they find:

TrendMicro HouseCall
eTrust AntiVirus Web Scanner

Note any thing that can't be fixed
Reboot when done. Rescan with HJT and post a new log here.
