vsmon.exe seems to run almost constantly lately - when I end process Internet gets locked up, and this may not be related but this PC is running slowwwww..........

OK; Can you tell if I have too much protection in this PC? I also have the Yahoo package of protection, as well as Ad-Aware, Spybot, Spyware guard and spyware blaster. I have read other threads that complain about ZoneAlarm and will get a different firewall package after this one expires. Thanks

I don't see the need for Yahoo but I don't see an antivirus program you will need one like AVG if you remove the yahoo. But I see you are using thier parent controls.
I use Zone alarm and find it runs nice.

But no a I don't think you have to much.

To help keep your PC clean follow the recommendations in Tony Klein's article
So how did I get infected in the first place?

BTW how is it running the PC, can you post another log from hijackthis.

PC runs good now. I checked my Anti-spyware scan and it was set to run Deep inspection, I reset it for Intelligent quick scan and it doesn't take up all the time and processor space. Here's the latest log:
