Scan with hijackthis and put a check beside these lines and choose FIX

Then

Please do an online scan with Kaspersky Online Scanner

You will be promted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.
  • The program will launch and then start to download the latest definition files.
  • Once the scanner is installed and the definitions downloaded, click Next.
  • Now click on Scan Settings
  • In the scan settings make that the following are selected:
    • Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:
      • Extended (If available otherwise Standard)
    • Scan Options:
      • Scan Archives
      • Scan Mail Bases
  • Click OK
  • Now under select a target to scan select My Computer
  • The scan will take a while so be patient and let it run. Once the scan is complete it will display if your system has been infected.
  • Now click on the Save as Text button:
  • Save the file to your desktop.
  • Copy and paste that information in your next post as well as a bew hijackthis log please.

Close program when complete.

NEXT

Download ccleaner from the link below, save it to your desktop. Open ccleaner and click on run ccleaner at the bottom right.

Joejt32 here again, I did what you said and everything is ok but the scan of Regseeker says im not sure what language it says INDICE DE LISTE HORS LIMITES (0) It stopped at Hkey_Classes_Root And has stopped at 83 files so its not finnished so i cant select all i can manually delete but its still there when i run it again so im wondering if that work meand TIME LIMIT OUT or something maybe you can help please and once again thanks for all your help.

Please download MsnVirRem.zip
and save it to your desktop. Once in place, right click the zip file, and extract the files to your desktop. DO NOT RUN ANYTHING YET


Restart your computer and boot into Safe Mode by hitting the F8 key repeatedly until a menu shows up (and choose Safe Mode from the list). In some systems, this may be the F5 key, so try that if F8 doesn't work.


In the new MsnVirRem folder, that you should have on your desktop, double click MsnVir.bat and let it run its course. A DOS window should pop up, Let it run until it disappears. It will take time.
After it disappears, reboot back into normal mode, and post a fresh HijackThis Log.
