Hello and welcome to TomCoyote forum. It always helps when you tell us what your problems are. Here is what I see in this log.

1) Your major issue is the fact you are running two antivirus programs at the same time. They will conflict and that will cause problems, the greatest being that you will be less safe than if you run one good program and maintain it properly.

2) Though you may not need it now, you are running HJT from a temporary folder which is not safe. I shuggest you move it here: C:\HJT\HijackThis.exe. If you need additional instructions, use these: http://russelltexas.com/malware/createhjtfolder.htm

3) To recap: Move HJT to a safe permanent folder. Uninstall one of the antivirus programs, update the other and run a complete system scan. If all is well, here is some great information from Tony Klein, Texruss, ChrisRLG and Grinler to help you stay clean and safe online:
