Hello Eric, and welcome to TomCoyote forum. If you still need some help, let's do this.

1) You are running two antivirus programs at the same time and this is not a good thing. The conflictions occuring as the programs compete make you less safe than if you run one good program and maintain it properly. Decide what program you wish to run, then uninstall the other. Update the one you kept and run a complete system scan. Remove anything located and post for me the complete name and pathway of anything that could not be removed.

2) Move HJT from the Desktop for safety. I prefer C:\HJT\HijackThis.exe, if you need additional instructions use these: http://russelltexas.com/malware/createhjtfolder.htm

3) Please tell me exactly what your problems are, include any error message you are receiving word for word.

4) Once the above is complete, post a new HJT log along with any information requested and I will look at the new log as soon as possible after you post.
