I dont know how to get this off ie. Its some kind of search thing. It shows a name of Search the Web (then it looks like BB, with the fist B back to back with the last B.) It shows up where the Favorites open in ie.

I have tryed Registry Mechanic, RegCleaner, Spybot - Search & Destroy and HijackThis.
I did get my reg cleaned-up, Spybot did not find anything. I do this about every week or so.

If there is more here in the log I can remove please tell me. I have no clue what is safe and what is not.

Make sure that you have no browser windows open as this could prevent the fix from working properly. Open HijackThis, scan and when complete, remove the following entries by checking the box to the left and clicking 'fixed checked':

Thank You Daemon, it worked, ie is working fine now. This is a great forum and Hijackthis is a very good tool to have. With the help of this forum and its members.
