Download the trial version of trojan hunter from the link below. Update it scan your system and allow it to clean what it finds.

scanned nothing suspicious found! my computer is all clean! no ads and can change desktop background now! just a little slow :-)

Lets do some cleaning.

Download ccleaner from the link below, save it to your desktop. Open ccleaner and click on run ccleaner at the bottom right.

Next download Regseeker from the link below. Save it to your destop. Open Regseeker and click on clean registry, next click ok. Once the scan is complete make sure the make backups is checked and then select all and delete it.

Then reboot and a new hijackthis log please. How is it running now?

a little bit faster on start up initially
i ran hijackthis ,saved the log . all smoothly

but still take a great while when i try to get the window that allow me to click internet connection, and start up browers ( IE and Firefox)

after llike a minute, they are loaded
and all smooth again
