Have hijackthsi remove this line

Then look for and delete this folder.

Run ccleaner again and a final hijackthis log please.

I don't mean to offend, your help is certainly priceless, but are you certain that I should be deleting WinAntiVirus? This is my main antivirus program...

Stinger is a good on demand scanner that is used to target a limited number of infections, you can keep it on. Looks pretty good how is it running?
