My Mom's computer shuts off and on by itself. In addition, she is unable to run some of her programs without eventually getting an error message. Please help! I am unable to run AdAware & SpybotS&D because the computer continues to shut down. Here's the HJT Log and the Crash Analysis Report from Microsoft: (Thank you for your help!)

Error caused by a device driver

Thank you for submitting an error report.

Problem description

A device driver installed on your computer caused the problem; however, we cannot determine the precise cause. To troubleshoot the problem, please see Getting help.

Getting help

Depending on which situation is applicable to you, please do one of the following:

If you are running Windows Server 2003 you may experience crashes if you have adjusted the Hardware Acceleration setting. Microsoft recommends that you set the Hardware Acceleration setting to None for server systems. To check your Hardware Acceleration setting, go to the Advanced section of the display properties dialog box.
If you know the manufacturer of the device, contact the manufacturer's product support service for assistance.
If you don't know the driver's manufacturer and need help diagnosing and resolving this problem, contact your computer manufacturer's product support service.
Updated drivers might be available on the Microsoft Update website. At Microsoft Update, you can have your computer scanned and, if there are updated drivers available, Microsoft Update will offer a selection of drivers that you might be able to use. To learn more about updated drivers that might be available, visit Microsoft Update.
For information about Microsoft support options, visit Microsoft Product Support Services.

I would first recommend that you go to add/remove programs and remove SpywareCleaner. It is not a recommended program as seen here >>>> http://www.spywarewarrior.com/rogue_anti-spyware.htm

Next

Please download the trial version of Ewido Security Suite here:
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/

Install it, and update the definitions to the newest files.

Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following:
1) Restart your computer
2) After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
3) Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
4) Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.

Then please run Ewido, and run a full scan. Save the logfile from the scan.

Restart your computer in normal mode and please post a new HijackThis log, as well as the log from the Ewido scan.
Hi Siggyx! Thank you for your assistance. I removed SpywareCleaner and ran Ewido Security Suite. Unfortunately, I forgot to save the log. :( However, 128 items were removed. Is there a way to get the log without running the Ewido Security Suite again? Below, I have posted the new HJT Log:

Hey Siggyx… I found the prefetch for SpywareCleaner and removed it! I didn't post a new HJT because that's the only change from the log I posted this morning. Am I done? Is the computer fixed?
