Reports to the contrary notwithstanding, Total Information Awareness ( http://www.eff.org/P...port_review.php and http://en.wikipedia....wareness_Office ) is alive and well and existing under the purview of SAPS ("Special Access Programs") and administered by the N.S.A.

Once again, the government has - thwarted in its' desires by a massive outcry of protest from the American people and legislator's upon revelation of the initial program - simply re-named and gone "secret" with the program and funded it out of "black ops" money in direct defiance of the wishes and orders of the American Congress.
