Problem resolved here.
The runas service was disabled which caused L2Mfix to fail.

Would you mind sharing what you needed to do to fix it?Problem resolved here.
The run as service was disabled which caused L2Mfix to fail.

In services.msc, go to the Secondary Logon and start the service.
In this case, the Secondary logon was stopped and set to disabled. This caused this error in L2Mfix:
