Looks like I got the winfixer trojan. Here is my hijack this:

I think i fixed it myself but activescan says i have another one: Incident Status Location Spyware:Spyware/Virtumonde No disinfected C:\WINDOWS\system32\vtsqn.dll vtsqn.dll does not show up when i run hijack this What do i do now?
