Only a couple leftovers. Fix those and you're good to go.

I suggest you do this:

Run hijackthis. Hit None of the above, Click Do a System Scan Only. Put a Check in the box on the left side on these:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {FDD3B846-8D59-4ffb-8758-209B6AD74ACC} - (no file)

O16 - DPF: {CAFEEFAC-0014-0002-0000-ABCDEFFEDCBA} -

Close ALL windows and browsers except HijackThis and click "Fix checked"

Empty Recycle Bin

Reboot and "copy/paste" a new log file into this thread.
Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.

Good Job

Log looks good :D  How is it running any issues?

Note: This will remove all previous Restore Points

Turn off System Restore:

On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

Restart your computer, turn it back on.

On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Remove the Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

Click Start> My Computer, select the Tools menu and then Folder Options, after the new window appears select the View tab…]
This time select the: Restore Defaults
Select: Apply, and click OK

If you dont have these three programs I would recommend that you get them. Spywareblaster, Spywareguard and IESPY AD. They will add 1000's of sites to your resticted zone and block some hijacks from happening. I also have a FREE FIREWALL and FREE ANTI VIRUS if you need one.

It is critical to have both a firewall and anti virus to protect your system.

Keep your system up to date and run Adaware & Spybot, once a week works, and hopefully you will be ok from here on. Both are available below.

Safe Surfing. :D

Hello again LDTate

I fixed the two remaining items , I rebooted and at log in it's slow , I got to desktop and brought up Taskman and it was already at 100% CPU . The running process was McShield . exe for McAfee . If you remember it was MKsrvr . exe for McAfee that was running at 100% CPU before , now it's the other one .
I know it's probably something that is misconfigured , now because of all doing and fixing .Should I just uninstall McAfee internet security suite and reinstall . Or is there a easier way to fix whatever is misconfigured cause I can't figure it out  . If you could point me in the right direction to fix I'd be so :D Help ! Thank -you for all your help :) :)
yours truly
lightbrite
P.S. I did notice after running hijackthis there was a BHO with no file , should I run again and fix ?

I suggest you do this:

Run hijackthis. Hit None of the above, Click Do a System Scan Only. Put a Check in the box on the left side on these:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {BDBD1DAD-C946-4A17-ADC1-64B5B4FF55D0} - (no file)

Close ALL windows and browsers except HijackThis and click "Fix checked"

Then Download System Security Suite. Extract it from the zip file into a folder.

After running System Security Suite, let me know how it's running.

McShield kicked in again to 92 % again .Puter slow when that kicks in . It runs aprox 4 mins then stops , until next time it starts .

I would think that is just the program McShield loading.
