Experiencing a problem, possibly a virus? My son's user account lost all of the settings and short cuts on his desktop. His AOL AIM and his Itunes are all empty, however he has not lost any files. It appears as though his desktop is that of a new user? Another strange thing is that his "buttons" in Windows Explorer, Words are really small. The maximize, minimize buttons are tiny. The three other user accounts on the PC are fine and do not have any of the above symptoms. Does anyone have any insights or ideas. Thanks in advance!
