If you still require assistance and you have not posted at another forum.
Please scan with spybot and ad-aware again and post another log.

For Spybot: Install the program and launch it.

Go to Start > Programs >Spybot > Search & Destroy and choose Spybot S&D
Close ALL windows except Spybot S&D
Click the button to "Search for Updates" and download and install the Updates.
Next click the button "Check for Problems"
When Spybot is complete, it will be showing "RED" (RED) entries "BLACK" entries and "GREEN" (GREEN) entries in the window
Put a check mark beside the RED (RED) entries ONLY.
Choose "Fix Selected Problems" and allow Spybot to fix the RED (RED) entries.
Restart your computer.

For Ad-Aware FULL SCAN: Install the program and launch it.

1. Launch Ad-Aware SE and run the WebUpdate feature. (Click on the Globe icon > Click connect > Click OK > Click Finish.)
2. Set up the Configurations as follows:
-- Click the Gear wheel at the top of the Ad-Aware window
-- Click General > Safety & Settings: Check (Green) all three.
-- Click Tweak > Cleaning Engine > UNcheck "Always try to unload modules before deletion".
3. Click "Proceed"
4. Click "Scan Now"
5. Deselect "Search for negligible risk entries" as negligible risk entries (MRU's) are not considered to be a threat.
6. Select "Search for low-risk threats"
7. Run the scanner using the Full Scan (Perform full system scan) mode.
8. When the scan has completed, select Next.
9. In the Scanning Results window, select the "Scan Summary" tab.
10. Check the box next to each "target family" you wish to remove.
11. Click next > Click OK.

Restart your computer again scan with Hijackthis and post another log.

Thanks for your response to my problem.
I downloaded both programs you suggested but was only able to run ad-aware. Spybot would not run properly due to errors. As a result I ran ad-aware then hijack this. Here is my new logfile. Thank you.

Please download Ewido Security Suite it is a trial version of the program.
  • Install ewido security suite
  • Launch ewido, there should be an icon on your desktop double-click it.
  • The program will now go to the main screen
You will need to update ewido to the latest definition files.
  • On the left hand side of the main screen click update
  • Then click on Start Update
The update will start and a progress bar will show the updates being installed.
If you are having problems with the updater, you can use this link to manually update Ewido.
Ewido manual updates

Once the updates are installed do the following:
  • Click on scanner
  • Click on Complete System Scan and the scan will begin.
  • NOTE: During some scans with ewido it is finding cases of false positives.**
    • You will need to step through the process of cleaning files one-by-one.
    • If ewido detects a file you KNOW to be legitimate, select none as the action.
    • DO NOT select "Perform action on all infections"
    • If you are unsure of any entry found select none for now.
  • Once the scan has completed, there will be a button located on the bottom of the screen named Save report
  • Click Save report.
  • Save the report .txt file to your desktop.
Now close ewido security suite.
**(Ewido for example has been flagging parts of AVG Anti-Virus, pcAnywhere and the game "Risk")

Download and run CWShredder. Make sure that all browser windows are closed with the exception of Cwshredder and choose FIX.

Set your system to show
all files; please see here if you're unsure how to do this.
Close all programs leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following,

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = res://shdochop.dll/blank.html
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {9C5875B8-93F3-429D-FF34-660B206D897A} - C:\WINDOWS.000\SYSTEM\PERFORMENT217.DLL
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [FH] C:\WINDOWS.000\system32\svchop.exe home
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [P.S.Guard] C:\Program Files\P.S.Guard\PSGuard.exe
O21 - SSODL: DDE - {F33812FB-F35C-4674-90F6-FD757C419C51} - C:\WINDOWS.000\SYSTEM\birdihuy32.dll

Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.
Reboot into Safe Mode: please see here if you are not sure how to do this.

Using Windows Explorer, locate the following files/folders, and delete them:

C:\WINDOWS.000\system32\svchop.exe
C:\Program Files\P.S.Guard
C:\WINDOWS.000\SYSTEM\birdihuy32.dll

Exit Explorer, and reboot as normal afterwards.

If you were unable to find any of the files then please follow these additional instructions:

Download Pocket Killbox and unzip it; save it to your Desktop.

Run it, and click the radio button that says Delete a file on reboot. For each of the files you could not delete, paste them one at a time into the full path of file to delete box and click the red circle with a white cross in it.

The program will ask you if you want to reboot; say No each time until the last one has been pasted in whereupon you should answer Yes.

Let the system reboot.
Post back a fresh HijackThis log and we will take another look.
