While I wait could you please let me know which Antivirus you recommend - Norton, PC Shield, Panda, Kapersky?

I use the free version of Grisoft myself. You should only have one AV running at a time.
It's important to understand that no Anti-Virus program will catch SpyWare / Malware. Those are two different issues.
Click the link and Download, Install, Update and run a full scan.
