I have run Spybot and Norton anti-virus; still continue to receive random pop-up windows, even when IE is not open. The following is the Hijack This log. Can you help me determine what I should remove?

I was able to fix the problems I was having with Spy Sweeper. I had tried other Spyware programs without success - but Spy Sweeper found and corrected the problem.
