Ok, nothing there that would cause the crashes we are seeing. Let's try another rootkit revealer. Can you download, install and run:

yup … i ran setup again … and it couldn't installed Java packages
after that, i can't open up IE - always error.
i tried to run rootrevealer that you asked me to and still same problem.
what to do now?
it was trying to install java but cannot - dunno which i just know that there are 2 times - java package can't be installed.
Explorer kept having errors now.
Internet Explorer - each time i open, there's error and haveta close
As for Windows - when i ran setup just now, it was halfway installing when a win pop up saying that it can't installed Java package… happened twice.
