Am new here so hope I did this right, please bear with me…

Upon start-up, my fan starts to crank up really high. When I click CTRL-ALT-DELETE and look at my Task Manager screen under the Processes tab the mpftray.exe is at 50 under the CPU column. Sometimes, if I wait a few minutes this will go down to zero. I have just recently removed a trojan and am not sure if this affected anything else. Also, upon using spybot, there are still alot of items that I can remove. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I did notice that in the log it shows dsl.sbc.yahoo.com (and other variants) as defaults and start-ups, but I am no longer using sbc. Any way to remove these, if I should?!!? Will you need a startup list? Many Thanks in advance!! Here's the log:

Your log isn't bad at all. mpftray.exe is a McAfee file.

Create a new folder called C:\HijackThis, extract the HijackThis.exe file from the zip file into the new folder and run it from there. This is necessary to ensure you have backups should anything go wrong.

Make sure that you have no browser windows open as this could prevent the fix from working properly. Open HijackThis, scan and when complete, remove the following entries by checking the box to the left and clicking 'fixed checked':
