Spyware/Virus stealing control of Google search results plus more pop

Problem: First I started noticing more popups than normal getting through my pop up blocker. I had some alerts that mentioned PUPs and Adware Virtumundo but they seemed to get cleaned up by McAfee. Then I realized that when I do a Google search and click on a link in the search results it takes me to a page other than the search result (usually some sort of ad). The URL of the correct page is in the address box at the top so I can hit enter and have the correct page come up. I have run Spybot SD, AdAware and CWShredder and did a full virus scan using McAfee 10.0. None of them helped. That led me to HijackThis.

I looked through the HijackThis log using the info on the site. I suspect the culprit is the ivgfjrqg.dll file listed under O2 but I'll leave that up to you experts to determine! I also ran L2MFix and will include the results after the HijackThis log. HijackThis shows the processes that are using the ivgfjrqg.dll are Explorer.Exe and iexplore.exe. I'm not sure this is the problem so I'm not going to try to fix anything by myself! Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks for your reply. I did as you suggested and Google is now working as it is supposed to!!! Thank you so much. One other question. When I looked over the L2MFix log I noticed a file called ddayx.dll. Is that a problem? It doesn't show up in the HT log but it is still in the L2MFix log when I reran it after the fix you suggested.
