Close all browsers and rerun HJT. Check and click fix checked for the following-

You need to make sure that the addresses in your 017 entry is either your company or ISP.
Restart,preferably in safe mode and delete-
c:\windows\system32\mscnt.exe<=File
c:\windows\system32\sncntr.exe<=File
