Need Help with spyware

I have been trying to rid my CPU of this thing for two days. I have updated windows and have tried to manually delete it by following other forum directions. However, still is pestering me. I have now downloaded hijack this. I could use any and all help….thanks! Here is my hijack this log:

Never mind everyone. I was able to fix it on my own. I apologize for wasting time and space on the forum.
