Is everything shipshape? And if so, can I add everything to the ignore list so I can easily tell if something crops up? (I've already used the newest versions of adaware, spyware blaster, and mcafee to scan for viruses and this is everything that came up on hijackthis).
Hello Dawson, welcome to the forum. Since you know about the ignore list, then you know we are two busy here to be telling you what to ignore. You really should know what everything in the log is, since it is on your computer. Here are some links to help you learn:

http://www.answersthatwork.com/Tasklist_pages/tasklist.htm
http://www.pacs-portal.co.uk/startup_index.htm
http://computercops.biz/StartupList.html
http://www.sysinfo.org/startuplist.php
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/startups/

I would use HJT to remove these R lines if you don't use them, click to see what they are. If you want Dell, type it into Google.
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = http://www.dell.com
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://www.dell.com/
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = http://www.dell.com
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://www.dell.com

You can remove this old registration reminder also: O4 - Startup: PowerReg Scheduler.exe
None of these items is malware and your HJT log is clean.

Here is some great information from Tony Klein, Texruss, ChrisRLG and Grinler to help you stay clean and safe online:
