I am trying to remove the following file "C:\WINDOWS\system\utilweb.dll" as two different antivirus programs are reporting that it is a virus of ether TR/Agent.CS.1 or W32/Agent.NM kind.
The dll has attached itself to the winlogon process and I cannot delete it. I have tried HijackThis and Process Explorer by Sysinternals; neither can delete the file. I can remove the registry enteries and the Type Library info from the registry but they are recreated at startup again. Can you please help?
