I just ran the Ewido suite with the following results but I am still having the same problems: ——————————————————— ewido security suite - Scan report ——————————————————— + Created on: 9:36:00 AM, 2005-10-17 + Report-Checksum: C645AE2A + Scan result: :mozilla.12:C:\Documents and Settings\Richard Radu\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\bk4ersup.default\cookies.txt -> Spyware.Cookie.Hitbox : Cleaned with backup :mozilla.13:C:\Documents and Settings\Richard Radu\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\bk4ersup.default\cookies.txt -> Spyware.Cookie.Hitbox : Cleaned with backup :mozilla.15:C:\Documents and Settings\Richard Radu\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\bk4ersup.default\cookies.txt -> Spyware.Cookie.Hitbox : Cleaned with backup :mozilla.16:C:\Documents and Settings\Richard Radu\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\bk4ersup.default\cookies.txt -> Spyware.Cookie.Hitbox : Cleaned with backup :mozilla.27:C:\Documents and Settings\Richard Radu\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\bk4ersup.default\cookies.txt -> Spyware.Cookie.Hitbox : Cleaned with backup :mozilla.33:C:\Documents and Settings\Richard Radu\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\bk4ersup.default\cookies.txt -> Spyware.Cookie.Hitbox : Cleaned with backup :mozilla.44:C:\Documents and Settings\Richard Radu\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\bk4ersup.default\cookies.txt -> Spyware.Cookie.Ivwbox : Cleaned with backup :mozilla.69:C:\Documents and Settings\Richard Radu\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\bk4ersup.default\cookies.txt -> Spyware.Cookie.2o7 : Cleaned with backup ::Report End Is there a way to attach a screen shot? At the very top frame of my forum page I have the following message in big black letters: Not Implemented The server does not support the functionality required to fulfill this request.
Close all programs leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following,

O9 - Extra button: Subscribe in Desktop Sidebar - {09FE188B-6E85-479e-9411-51FB2220DF80} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdocvw.dll
O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Subscribe in Desktop Sidebar - {09FE188B-6E85-479e-9411-51FB2220DF80} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdocvw.dll

Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.

Is this a business pc and if so what is the name of your server?
Yes this is a business PC - it is part of a small office with 3 other PC's. Our server is Telus Communications

All other PC's on the network are working fine.
I am still having the exact same issues.
Are there there any other resources in this forum that I can look into?
For anyone interested, I seem to have fixed the problem. It seems that my "HOSTS" file was being blocked (either intentionally or accidentally)
I went to the following link:
http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hostsfaq.htm#Rename

Clicked on the following:
"How do I rename the HOSTS file?" and downloaded the RenHost.bat.

After de-activating the "Hosts File Blocking" and restarting my browser everything is working fine.

Please let me know your thoughts on this Little Eagle.
