hi

can you describe more in detail what kind of problems youre having?

on thing i noticed:
you seem to have 2 antivirus programs installed there
symantec's / SAV and grisoft's /AVG
please uninstall or disable the other completely, as running 2 antiviruses at the same time does cause an excessive performance lag

i suggest doing an online virus scan:
Please do an online scan with Kaspersky WebScanner

Click on Kaspersky Online Scanner

You will be promted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.
  • The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files:
  • Once the files have been downloaded click on NEXT
  • Now click on Scan Settings
  • In the scan settings make that the following are selected:
    • Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:
    Extended (if available otherwise Standard)
    • Scan Options:
    Scan Archives
    Scan Mail Bases
  • Click OK
  • Now under select a target to scan:Select My Computer
  • This will program will start and scan your system.
  • The scan will take a while so be patient and let it run.
  • Once the scan is complete it will display if your system has been infected.
    • Now click on the Save as Text button:
  • Save the file to your desktop.
  • Copy and paste that information in your next post.
  • Also post a new HJT log

Here is the KasperSky file and below it is the new HiJack file. The problem I am having is the computer is so slow. I have to sit and wait & wait when on the internet for page changes. The Microsoft Anti Spyware keeps catching someting called "WebRebates" and "Adware.NDotNet" and I think I've removed them but they keep coming back.

I'm sorry it took me so long to get back to this but I have been off. This computer takes a long time to come up and when you click the mouse it takes a long……. time to work. Sometimes I get the hourglass then it goes away and comes back several times before the new page loads. hi well that log looks clean as for the slowness, it looks to me that you have 2 different antiviruses installed( symantec/avg). and the two seem to be both running. this is not recommended, as it causes an extreme performance lag and can lead to even crashes and BSOD's please uninstall the other try if it helps the slowness
