Hello jsomerla, Sorry about the wait, we are extreme busy. If you are not being helped elsewhere and still need help, this is what I want to do.
Your hosts file is corrupted, we will restore it to the original, then I will clean out some garbage with HJT. If that works, great…if not then we use other tools. Follow these directions:

Download: http://www.funkytoad.com/hoster.htm then choose "Restore Original Hosts" #4. Save that tool it might be handy in the future if you take the time to learn how to use it.

Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

All 01's if any are left
