Hello harbormaster, Sorry about the wait we are extremely busy. If you are not being helped elsewhere and still need help, I'll see what I can do. It always helps if you tell us what your issues are. I see you have a bad service running and here is what I found: http://www.spywareaid.com/023l.php?action=…e%20(cmdService
so let's get rid of it and see what happens.

Disable the offending Service
Click Start < Run and type services.msc.
Scroll down to (cmdService) and right click on it.
Click Properties and under Service Status click Stop, then under Startup Type change it to Disabled.

Delete the offending Service
Open HijackThis and click Config -> Misc Tools -> Delete an NT service.
In the Delete window, type (cmdService) and press OK.
OK any prompts, close HijackThis, and restart your computer.

Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

(if it is there)
O23 - Service: Command Service (cmdService) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\QWRtaW5pc3RyYXRvcgAA\command.exe (file missing)

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

To make sure it is gone, use these instruction to enable hidden files for your O/S
http://www.xtra.co.nz/help/0,,4155-1916458,00.html then search for the item:
C:\WINDOWS\QWRtaW5pc3RyYXRvcgAA\command.exe If it shows you will want to delete that folder. I would like to take a look at a updated Ewido scan log and a new HJT log. Let me know if this fixes the problem.
