Hello Anj and welcome to TomCoyote forum,

Please advise which items should not be deleted. Many thanks.

What makes you think anything should be deleted? There is really noting wrong with this log, it does look like you used to use McAfee and there are a couple of lines leftover you can remove with HJT if you wish, they are doing no harm. I am going to suggest that Norton and Spybot are no longer enough protection from the junk out here anymore. Use these links to evaluate your security and take steps to put some additional malware protection in place: Here is some great information from Tony Klein, Texruss, ChrisRLG and Grinler to help you stay clean and safe online:
http://forums.net-integration.net/index.php?showtopic=3051
http://russelltexas.com/malware/allclear.htm
http://forum.malwareremoval.com/viewtopic.php?t=14
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topict2520.html

You can remove the McAfee lines link this:
Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Connection Wizard,ShellNext = http://uk.mcafee.com/apps/vso/en-gb/redir….ystempopup=true
O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {BA52B914-B692-46c4-B683-905236F6F655} - (no file)

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

Here's a handy utility for cleaning and instructions for using it:
http://www.ccleaner.com/ Review the instructions http://www.ccleaner.com/help/tour1.asp

This link will make sure Spybot is V1.04, and that you have Ad-aware and both programs are properly configured for manimum efficiency: http://tomcoyote.org/aawsb.php

If there is anything else concerning malware I can do for you, please let me know.

Thanks…pskelley
