Hi and welcome to the forum. :D

Step # 1

Please download and run CWShredder. Make sure that all browser windows are closed with the exception of Cwshredder and choose FIX.

Please download and run Spybot 1.4 & AdAware SE Then follow the instructions in the link below to run.

REBOOT

Step # 3

Then do a virus scan here >>> Trend Micro

Step # 4

Please download the trial version of Ewido Security Suite here:
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/

Install it, and update the definitions to the newest files.

Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following:
1) Restart your computer
2) After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
3) Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
4) Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.

Then please run Ewido, and run a full scan. Save the logfile from the scan.

Restart your computer in normal mode and please post a new HijackThis log, as well as the log from the Ewido scan.

thanx for your help! Computer is running much faster! now. your help was super helpful!! It looks like cleaned up more spyware on my computer. I have multiple security programs (spy bot, ad-aware, spyware doctor, spyware blaster, bazooka, secretmaker, winpatrol, trendmicro…) I update definition & scan spyware every day. So it's discouraging to find computer still slows down and find multiple spywares after completing your instruction even though I was happy with your help. Here is some questions 1. scanning/rebooting process & posting highjak log as you instructed here are the routine you recommend for cleaning spywares other than everyday routine of scanning spyware with security softwares? If you have different recommendation let me know. I would feel better if I can help my self more. 2.If your instruction is recommended routine how often should I post Highjak log to here? 3.when I post, should I post Highjak log after I did the scanning/rebooting process, as you instructed at this posting earlier? 4.If so do I have to subscribe ewid security suits? I don't mind paying for right software, but since we must use multiple softwares for spywares and still don't get rid of everything, I don't know what to spend money on. I don't mind paying right software, but I don like to have to accumulate subscription payment as much as as having spyware accumulate on my computer. thank you for your help! have good weekend.

In no particular order. Post a log when you think you have an issue. It is better to post before you do scans that way we see the whole picture and it is easier to give advise. Using Hijackthis to kill bad processes is a last resort. W#e do it when the scanners cant clean them. We like the scanners because they do a cleaner job. HJT is taking lines out with force :P Ewido is on a tria basisl for 15 days but you can still get updateas and use the on demand scanner after the 15 days so no purchase required :)
