Anything here I could remove for better performance? C-Dilla was installed by some of the games I play so I can't get rid of that.

I am using Omega Drivers, I usually could remove all the ATI entries, when I had drivers installed from ATI, don't know about Omega though.
Hello Beef, and welcome to TomCoyote forum. You did not mention any problems and I do not see any in the log. If you have a specific malware problem and let me know we can run some scans to see if anything is there HJT can't see. If not, here are suggestions:
