Hi Tim and welcome to TomCoyote forum :) Your log looks ok to me also, are you having any problems? There are a couple of orphan entries that you can remove if you wish but they are just taking up disk space, not causing problems. You will have to suspend your spyware programs or they will block the HJT fix. If you wish to remove them, turn off:
Microsoft AntiSpyware
Open Microsoft AntiSpyware.
Click on Tools, Settings.
In the left pane, click on Real-time Protection.
Under Startup Options uncheck: Enable the Microsoft AntiSpyware Security Agents on startup (recommended).
Under Real-time spyware threat protection uncheck: Enable real-time spyware threat protection (recommended).
After you uncheck these, click on the Save button and close Microsoft AntiSpyware.
Right click on the Microsoft AntiSpyware icon on the taskbar and select Shutdown Microsoft AntiSpyware.

Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {5C8B2A36-3DB1-42A4-A3CB-D426709BBFEB} - (no file)
O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {5AA06644-BC46-4220-A460-47A6EB47C96D} - (no file)

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

Here is some great information from Tony Klein, Texruss, ChrisRLG and Grinler to help you stay clean and safe online:

How's your speed? You have lots of stuff running that you could use: http://netsquirrel.com/msconfig/
and this information to turn off what you don't need to boot everytime. Then start the programs via Start/All Programs when you need them. These links will help ID what you can disable at Startup. Leave your security programs alone!!
