Whoa…now that's my idea of a Ewido log…great job
First, pat yourself on the back because your HJT log is clean of malware also
Here is some great information from Tony Klein, Texruss, ChrisRLG and Grinler to help you stay clean and safe online:

That takes care of my job but since I was there for the battle, I should stick around for the pillaging and plundering…lol
Use this information: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=310747 to run your System File Checker. This is the Run Command: sfc /scannow Make sure you leave the space between the c and the / This will check system files for problems.
Use this again http://netsquirrel.com/msconfig/ and uncheck anything you do not need to run at startup. Don't touch stuff you need for the computer to run or anything to do with security. I will post some links to help with the search.
Look at each item like this: O4 - HKLM\..\Run: This indicates they run everytime you start the computer. Use the links to search the executables and uncheck the ones not needed in MSCONFIG. Here are your links and I suggest you do a couple at a time and run a day or two to see how the computer runs. If it makes a change you do not want, it is easier to troubleshoot one or two to find the one you need to recheck.
