I Have run the following in the order listed….
Spybot
hijack this
cws shredder
Housecall …(VBS LoveletterA Non cleanable infected 84036 files, mainly in restore temp\archive and system volume information)
and now latest Hijack this log

First of all, click here to download The Killbox. Extract TheKillBox.exe from the zip file and double click it to open it up.

In the 'Enter Full Path and Filename to Delete' box, copy and paste these entries one by one, clicking 'Find and Kill This File' after each one:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\msrexe.exe
C:\WINDOWS\Win32DLL.vbs

Click 'Exit' when done.

Make sure that you have no other browsers or windows open as this could prevent the fix from working properly. Open HijackThis, scan and when complete, remove the following entries by checking the box to the left and clicking 'fixed checked':
