Hello juangaston;

Your PC is seriously behind with Microsoft Critical updates. Until you decide to help yourself and make your PC less of a target for Internet criminals, there is little anyone can do to help you and these parasites will continue to infest your PC without being hindered. You have paid for Nortons, why not get the free security and critical updates that are all too necessary in todays Internet. However, this should not be attempted until your PC is free of parasites, since serious problems could occur during the downloading.

First, lets get your PC cleaned up, so there are no problems with getting those critical updates.

Please download CWShredder:
http://www.trendmicro.com/ftp/products/onl…/cwshredder.exe
http://www.majorgeeks.com/CWShredder_d3019.html
http://intermute.com/spysubtract/cwshredder_download.html

First, be sure to update CWShredder, now.
Then close every window, disconnect from Internet and doubleclick the CWShredder icon on your Desktop.
Click Fix and then Next, let it fix everything it asks about.

Next:
Please set your computer to show all files.

* Double-click My Computer.
* Click the Tools menu, and then click Folder Options.
* Click the View tab.
* Clear "Hide file extensions for known file types."
* Under the "Hidden files" folder, select "Show hidden files and folders."
* Clear "Hide protected operating system files."
* Click Apply, and then click OK.

Close all browser windows and RUN HijackThis.
Click the SCAN button to produce a log.
Place a check mark beside each one of the following entries:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Search_URL = about:blank
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = about:blank
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,SearchAssistant = about:blank
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = about:blank
O9 - Extra button: Related - {c95fe080-8f5d-11d2-a20b-00aa003c157a} - C:\WINDOWS\web\related.htm
O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Show &Related Links - {c95fe080-8f5d-11d2-a20b-00aa003c157a} - C:\WINDOWS\web\related.htm

The following are recommended fixes:

System Soap Pro internet cleaning software. Bundles foistware like HTTPER and Zipclix - best avoided.
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [System Soap Pro] C:\Program Files\System Soap Pro\soap.exe min

Now with all the items selected, delete them by clicking the FIX checked button.

Reboot into Safe Mode: please see here if you are not sure how to do this.

Using Windows Explorer, locate the following files/folders shown DARK, and delete them (if they are present):

C:\WINDOWS\web\related.htm

C:\Program Files\System Soap Pro Only if fixed above with HJT and then, it must also be Uninstalled/Removed, in Add/Remove Programs.

Reboot , enable hidden files and post a fresh Hijack This log in this thread, Using the Post Reply: feature, so I will be notified.

Note: Do not attempt to "Fix" anything in the new log, as we need to see the entire log, without revisions.

Please advise if the problems have been resolved.
