I've run into a problem. whenever I try to download the ad-aware program I get an error box that says firefox.exe-No disk There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive A:. Cancel Try Again Continue What's up with that?

In Firefox, click on Tools –> Options –> Downloads, then select "Ask me where to save every file". Then, click OK and it should work on future downloads.

Okie dokie…I did both scans and had Ad-Aware remove the objects listed in red…I think there were 11 of them. I did the Spybot scan and it found 167 problems and it fixed them all. Is this it?

Ok, let's do another scan and make sure there aren't any more there. The number of infections you had worries me a bit. Please download the trial version of Ewido Security Suite here. Install it, and update the definitions to the newest files. Run the scan and allow it fix what it finds. Please post the log for me to review.

Ok, that looks fine. One last scan. Please download the free MWAV antivirus tool from here. Save it to the desktop and run it. Follow the prompts to scan your system for viruses. Then please post for me the log of infected files from the BOTTOM panel of the scan window. Please remove any lines relating to "Invalid object" as they are not needed at this time.

Ok…I will run the scan while I go to work today. Hopefully it will be done in 5 hours! I guess it takes awhile to scan a 120 GB hardrive. (This is the 10th year since I was introduced to computers, email and the Internet. I still feel like a newbie…but, I do learn a little everyday!) Thanks again and tonight I should have the "full" MWAV scan done and the log posted. I had to download that MWAV program in IE because I still get that error box in Firefox. I checked my settings and they were the same as what you recommended.
