Copy the text in the quotebox to notepad. Save it to your desktop as type "all files" and name it kill.bat. Don't run it yet.

@ECHO OFF
sc delete moto
exit

Boot into safemode. Hit Start>run, type "services.msc" (without the quotes).
Find the service called svchost.exe (moto). Double-click it and press "stop". If it's not there don't worry. Then hit Properties>General and change the startup type to Disabled. Hit Apply and Ok. Then close all windows and scan with Hijackthis. Put a check next to this entry and hit "Fix Checked".
O23 - Service: svchost.exe (moto) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\svchost.exe (file missing)

Now run the kill.bat file. It should just flash up then disappear.

Post a fresh Hijackthis log once complete.

Well Done, you got it!

One last order of business.

O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{1FE635BC-77A8-4A1B-A38A-DC0C52AFDBFD}: NameServer = 195.92.195.95 195.92.195.94

resolve to pol.co.uk. I can't get the website to load. If you don't recognize the website you can remove those two line. However, if you are running a router you might need those lines or else you might lose your internet connection.

Please let me know if you running a router or not.

THanks
It's you that deserves the WELL DONE! I know I probably sound a bit thick but I don't know what a router is or if I'm running one! Sorry
Okay, that's fine. How are you connected to the internet? Dial-up, DSL, Cable? A router would share this internet connection with multiple computers.
It's safe to delete those two lines then.

Run Hijackthis place a check next to the following.

O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{1FE635BC-77A8-4A1B-A38A-DC0C52AFDBFD}: NameServer = 195.92.195.95 195.92.195.94

and click fix.

Post a fresh HIjackthis log once complete.
Those files only came up on the scan when I was online.
