Please download Nailfix from here:

Unzip it to the desktop but please do NOT run it yet.

Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following:
1) Restart your computer
2) After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
3) Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
4) Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.

Once in Safe Mode, please double-click on Nailfix.exe Your desktop and icons will disappear and reappear, and a window should open and close very quickly — this is normal.

Then please run Ewido, and run a full scan. Save the logfile from the scan.

Next Run hijackthis. Hit None of the above, Click Do a System Scan Only. Put a Check in the box on the left side on these::

Windows installer still trys to open when I start up. I have to cancel it out.

Microsoft office XP - small business.

This error happens when the install didn't work. If you need these programs, you should have a CD for it. Use the CD to re-install

If you don't want it, then use Add/Remove Programs and remove it.

We're not done yet. If you decide to remove Microsoft office XP - small business, after removal, reboot and post a new HJT log.
