Hello
Trying my best at helping a friend. This is his teenage daughters computer. :rant:
I had worked hard just to get this far. I updated all windows files. Installed avg and ran it. Installed adaware and ran it. Installed microsoft antispyware and ran it. Below is the hijack this scan.

If you still require help, please Move HijackThis to Permanent Folder:
HijackThis needs to be unzipped into a permanent folder in order to save backups just in case something goes wrong.
  • Go to Start > My Computer > and double click on C:.
  • Now right click an open area and click New > folder and change the folder name to HJT.
  • Extract HijackThis from the zipped file into this new folder.
Post a fresh Hijackthis log as a reply to this thread.

alsocom thanks for the response but I did my best and returned the computer already. I'm rather sure that it's all loaded up with junk by now. I have another hijackthis log I need help with. Should I start a new topic? Skawas

As long as the teenage daughter continues to use File Sharing programs on that computer it will stay loaded with junk. :rant2: With all of the different infections on that computer, I was looking forward to going through the fixes. :rofl: Please start a new topic for the other computer to avoid confusion. Someone will be by soon to help you out with it.
