Go to add/remove programs and look for New.Net or NewDot.Net and remove.

Please download the trial version of Ewido Security Suite here:
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/

Install it, and update the definitions to the newest files. Do NOT run a scan yet.

Please go to the following website download Nailfix.exe
Unzip it to the desktop but please do NOT run it yet.

http://www.noidea.us/easyfile/file.php?dow…050515010747824

Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following:
1) Restart your computer
2) After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
3) Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
4) Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.

For additional help in booting into Safe Mode, see the following site:
http://www.pchell.com/support/safemode.shtml

Once in Safe Mode, please double-click on Nailfix.cmd. Your desktop and icons will disappear and reappear, and a window should open and close very quickly — this is normal.

Then please run Ewido, and run a full scan. Save the logfile from the scan.

Next please run HijackThis, click Scan, and put a check mark beside:

F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe

Close all open windows except for HijackThis and click Fix Checked.

Restart your computer in normal mode and please post a new HijackThis log, as well as the log from the Ewido scan.
Ok, I attempted it, but when I reboot out of safe mode, windows doesn't come up. It's like it loads, but it goes to a blank screen. I can pull up task manager from this screen and I tried system restore, but to no avail. I'm not sure what has happened. Help??
NO, it won't boot up at all. Safe or regular it brings up the welcome screen and instead of bringing up the desktop, it's all black. I can do things via task manager is all.
I need to ubderstand whats hapening. 1) You reboot your system. 2) You click f8 while the bios is loading. 3) Your welcome screen comes up. 4) Only task manager runs at that time. Is that correct?
Start the System Restore tool at a command prompt 1. Restart your computer, and then press F8 during the initial startup to start your computer in Safe Mode with a command prompt. 2. Log on to your computer with an administrator account or with an account that has administrator credentials. 3. Type the following command at a command prompt, and then press ENTER: %systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe 4. Follow the instructions that appear on the screen to restore your computer to an earlier state.
I did that, didn't help. Still goes thru loading process everything looks great, but when it's time to display the desktop, the screen is blank.
Ok, making progress I hope. Desktop is up and running ok. Ran Adware and Ewido and posting log for that and Hijack this new log. Gonna reboot after sending this email and hopefully will be able to get back on desktop screen. Thanks for help thus far, let me know what I need to do from here and a good firewall to prevent this from happening in the future. Well, Ewido keeps crashing on me 2/3 of the way into it. Here is HiJack this log and I'm rebooting. Hope to see you soon.

Another issue, something keeps taking control of Internet explorer, won't let me sign on after awhile, says file not found when I try to open. Ran Adware program and when I blocked the files it said to block, got the blank screen that I've been having. So I reinstalled the files and everything worked again. Not sure which file is causing that. Any suggestions?
I'm trying, piece by piece, restoring and trying again. Something keeps attacking my internet explorer and won't allow me to access it. First I get access denied and it redirects saying virus found search for spyware removers to fix. Then it tells me that it can't find the file to open IE. Running Ewido in Safe Mode it bombs on a file appcompat.txt. Any suggestions?
Ok, still having issues completing ewido in safe mode, and when i delete files, I can't get my desktop to open back up in windows. I end up restoring from points I created earlier. Here is new Hijack this log.

OK, some of these files keep coming back. I deleted several times in both HiJack this and the actual file and wham, they're back. Still can't use Internet Explorer as it keeps crashing. Never was able to run Trendo because of this. Here is new log.
