Anything I should remove?????
Hello kenwise, Welcome to TomCoyote forum. Your log is clean of malware at this time. You do have a couple of items that could be removed, but they are clutter:
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {5C8B2A36-3DB1-42A4-A3CB-D426709BBFEB} - (no file)
They are doing you no harm and you would have to turn off all spyware programs to remove them. I will show you how to do this if you wish, but my suggestion, if you are experiencing no issues, is to leave them. Here is some great information from Tony Klein, Texruss, ChrisRLG and Grinler to help you stay clean and safe online:

Here is a great little utility if you want to clean good, also has a free forum if you ever have questions. http://www.ccleaner.com/
