AFTER REBOOT, RECEIVED AN ERROR MESSAGE OF: "RUNDLL ERROR LOADING C:\WINDOWS\cfgmgr52.dll, The specified module could not be found"

Thanks, …. the list is getting shorter…… :D
(Siggyx, why does my topic have an envelope with flames and a black dot on it? I have been trying to find the answer to this but this type of marking is not in the legend at the bottom of the pages to refer to. I hope I am doing things by the rules?)
LINK WOULD NOT OPEN. RECEIVED THE BELOW MESSAGE. I TRIED IT ABOUT 5 TIMES WITH NO LUCK. ???

"We couldn't find any results containing forums.net-integration.net/index.php?act=Attach&type=post&id=134981.
Search tips:
Try similar words. For example, some sites may use "film" instead of "movie".
Make your search more general. For example, instead of using a specific product name, try typing the generic product category or manufacturer.
If you cannot find a page that you know exists, send the address to us.
Get more search tips."
DISREGARD INABILITY TO OPEN THE LINK BECAUSE WE PREVIOUSLY PERFORMED THIS TASK AND I ALREADY HAVE THE FILE IN C:\ TO USE (unless there is an updated version you need me to use since the installation on 6-19-05?). WHAT I HAVE RUNS A CHECK OF "C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe". BELOW ARE THE RESULTS OF THE SCAN. IT LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE THE SAME RESULT AS THE LAST ONE PERFORMED BY THIS METHOD.

C:\QOOLOGIC\index\qoologic

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL FILES FOUND BY THIS METHOD ARE NOT BAD FILES, THERE MIGHT BE LEGIT FILES LISTED AND PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHILE FIXING. IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF WHAT IT IS LEAVE THEM ALONE.

Have kill box kill these file C:\WINDOWS\system32\ccbxnbn.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\rrvlkv.exe Then scan with hijackthis and delete this file O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [KavSvc] C:\WINDOWS\system32\rrvlkv.exe reg_run Then post a new log please.
I PERFORMED KILLBOX IN SAFE MODE. I DELETED THE FILE 04-HKLM IDENTIFIED ON THE HJT REPORT, BUT I NOTICED WHEN I REBOOTED AND RAN THE SCAN TO POST HERE, IT IS STILL THERE, BUT I DID DELETE IT.

IN CASE THIS IS IMPORTANT, I WANT TO POST TWO POP UP SCREENS THAT APPEAR AT LOG IN THAT DIDN'T APPEAR PRIOR TO THE LAST STEPS OF KILLBOX OR HJT:

POP UP SCREEN (black & white): the heading says "C:\WINDOWS\system32\rrvlkv.exe"…..there is no other typing of information in the box, it is blank.

POP UP SCREEN (in color): the heading says "16bit MS-DOS subsystem"….inside the box it says "C:\WINDOWS\system32\rrvlkv.exe" "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT" "The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Mircorsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application." Then it gives the choice of CLOSE or IGNORE.

I also have a popup screen that has been appearing all along about running an update of PC-cillin that started appearing when I went to the site to download the latest version….it has never gone away.

There is also the popup I reported a couple posts back that still runs at log in, too.
Box appears titled: Select C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe It reads: Just wait until a text opens please. Diregard the parameters message Also appearing is a box that is titled: 16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem and it reads: C:\IENDOWS\system32\cmd.exe; C:\IDNOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application. If I close the this last box, additional messages in the first screens read: "Just wait until a text opens please. Diregard the parameters message The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process." DOESN'T APPEAR THE QOOLOGIC.FIND worked for me. Am I doing something incorrectly do you think? I followed the steps and I waited for results but it seemed to be going nowhere. How long would the process require?
