We do not want a complete HijackThis log unless it is specifically requested please do not post one. That being said, the easiest way to get the informaiton we need on your operating system is for you to copy the header only from a HijackThis log and post it. Here is how to do that.First, create a new folder on your desktop with a memorable name such as 'HijackThis'. Next, download HijackThis and unzip it to the new folder you just created.
Next, run HijackThis and click Do a system scan and save a logfile.
When the file opens, copy only the header and post it here. The header is the part that looks like the follwing
Logfile of HijackThis v1.99.1
Scan saved at 13:15:12, on 2005-1-15
Platform: Windows XP SP2 (WinNT 5.01.2600)
MSIE: Internet Explorer v6.00 SP2 (6.00.2900.2180)

[/list]That will give us the basic information we need to help you with your problem.

The other thing we need is as much informaiton as you can give us on your problem. When does it occur. Does it happen at specific times or is it random. Can you do anything to make it happen on purpose? Did you install or update any programs shortly before the problem occured?
The more information we have the better chance there is that we will be able to help you solve your problem.

Thank You

Everyone gets specific instructions, disregard what you don't need.
