Thanks

First, you appear to be running two anti-virus programs at the same time. If true, they will interfere with each other. Choose one, and disable/uninstall the other.

That HijackThis log looks okay to me…no obvious malware. But there is a minor entry you can clean up:

1 – Disable TeaTimer or the HJT step will fail.

To disble TeaTimer

Open Spybot Mode | Advanced
Tools | Resident and untick the box for TeaTimer to disable it.
Exit Spybot.
In the Windows system tray, if the TeaTimer icon is still present, right-click it and exit the TeaTimer.
Please leave TeaTimer disabled until we are finished fixing your machine.

2 – Run HijackThis, and press Scan, and put a check against the following entries, if they still show up. Make sure all browsers and program windows are closed except for HijackThis.

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {4A3A071E-F913-4eee-AE15-AEFFA16FB6BC} - (no file)

Once you have selected all the items for HJT to fix, and remember to make sure all browsers and program windows are closed except for HijackThis, then click fix checked.

3 – Rerun HijackTghis to make sure the entry is gone. Then re-enable TeaTimer.

Then, please review these general prevention steps to keep one's computer clean and secure. You have already taken a few of the steps, but it never hurts to take a quick look :)

1 – Be sure you update your (single) anti-virus software at least once a week.

2 – To reduce re-infection potential for malware in the future, I strongly recommend installing three free programs: SpywareBlaster, SpywareGuard (or TeaTimer, which does the same thing), and IE/Spyad.

3 – Use AdAware SE and Spybot S&D; to regularly to scan your system.

4 – Contiue to make sure that both Internet Explorer and Windows are kept current with the latest critical security patches from Microsoft. To do this just start Internet Explorer and select Tools > Windows Update, and follow the online instructions from there.

5 – I strongly recommend that you consider using a Firewall. Just by using a Firewall in its default configuration can lower your risk greatly. Check out what Lawrence Abrams has to say at Understanding and Using Firewalls

An excellent overview is: So how did I get infected in the first place?. Be sure to visit the browser test link at the end of the article to really see how secure your system is!!
