Hello carloslemos, Welcome to TomCoyote forum.
You are infected with Trojan-Spy.HTML.Smitfraud.c There is a canned fix for it, but first I need you to put the HJT.exe into a permanent folder. You are running from a .zip file in a Temporary directory. Follow the instructions in the follow link to fix this:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial94.html

It looks like you are running Symantec and AVG by Grisoft. It is not good policy to run more than one av program. Choose one and either turn the other off or uninstall it.

Fix for Trojan-Spy.HTML.Smitfraud.c

Please read these instructions carefully and print them out! Be sure to follow ALL instructions!

Please right-click: HERE and go to Save As (in Internet Explorer it's "Save Target As") in order to download Grinler's reg file. Save it to your desktop.

Locate "smitfraud.reg" on your desktop and double-click it. When asked if you want to merge with the registry, click YES. Wait for the "merged successfully" prompt then follow the rest of the instructions below.

Go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs and remove the following programs, if found:

Security IGuard
Virtual Maid
Search Maid

Exit Add/Remove Programs.

*IMPORTANT*CLICK THIS LINK TO LEARN HOW TO VIEW HIDDEN FILES

I need you to copy all of the Killbox file paths below and paste them into Notepad.

* Please download the Killbox by Option^Explicit. *In the event you already have Killbox, this is a new version that I need you to download.

* Save it to your desktop.

* Please double-click Killbox.exe to run it.

* Select "Delete on Reboot".

* Open the Notepad file where you saved the file paths earlier and copy the file paths below to the clipboard by highlighting ALL of them and pressing CTRL + C

C:\wp.exe
C:\wp.bmp
C:\bsw.exe
C:\Windows\sites.ini
C:\Windows\popuper.exe
C:\Windows\System32\wldr.dll
C:\Windows\System32\helper.exe
C:\Windows\System32\intmon.exe
C:\Windows\System32\shnlog.exe
C:\Windows\System32\intmonp.exe
C:\Windows\System32\msmsgs.exe
C:\Windows\system32\msole32.exe
C:\Windows\System32\ole32vbs.exe

* Return to Killbox, go to the File menu, and choose "Paste from Clipboard".

* Click the red-and-white "Delete File" button. Click "Yes" at the Delete on Reboot prompt. Click "No" at the Pending Operations prompt.

If your computer does not restart automatically, please restart it manually.

While your computer is restarting, tap the F8 key continually until a menu appears. Use your up arrow key to highlight Safe Mode, then hit enter.

Make sure you can view hidden files.

Using Windows Explorer, delete the following, if found, (please do NOT try to find them by "search" because they will not show up that way)

FOLDERS to delete (in bold) if found:

C:\Program Files\Search Maid
C:\Program Files\Virtual Maid
C:\Windows\System32\Log Files
C:\Program Files\Security IGuard

While still in Safe Mode, do the following:

Make sure all programs and windows are closed. Run HiJackThis and place a check next to the following items, if found, then click FIX CHECKED

PSKelley, Thank you very much for your help. I have gone through the process you suggested and here are the new logs. Please let me know where we are. By the way, I am not sure that I know what to do when you say to run CleanUP; should i do all the three different functions and have it fix/clean all???? The only thing that I did not do prior to getting this log was get rid of AVG or Symantec, I wanted to ask for your recommendation as to which to keep??? AVG is the free version and Symantec is Corporate???

Thanks

Hello Carlos, I must say this is the first time I have used this particular fix for the Nail infection. It seems to be doing the job so far. This is a nasty infection and you have other trojans onboard also, so we still have work to do before we will be done.
As far as Antivirus protection is concerned, I would have thought you would done that first since it was posted first in the instructions? Conflicts with two running programs could be how this mess got in. I do not use either but I know AVG is a good free AV. With the free one you lose the tech support that lots of folks need. I would appreciate it if you would uninstall AVG for now. Once you are clean, you can make that decision. Most good AV's will work well, it is the user who is the problem not keeping it updated, not running it on a regular basis. Thanks.

It looks to me like most all of the junk Panda pointed to is Adware. Here is what I would like you to do next, after you uninstall AVG and make sure the Symantec tool is updated and run.

1) Ewido trojan scanner: http://www.ewido.net/en/download/
Please download, install, update and scan your system with the free version of Ewido trojan scanner:
  1. When installing, under "Additional Options" uncheck "Install background guard" and "Install scan via context menu".
  2. When you run ewido for the first time, you will get a warning "Database could not be found!". Click OK. We will fix this in a moment.
  3. From the main ewido screen, click on update in the left menu, then click the Start update button.
  4. After the update finishes (the status bar at the bottom will display "Update successful"), click on the Scanner button in the left menu, then click on the Start button. This scan can take quite a while to run, so time to go get a drink and a snack….
  5. If ewido finds anything, it will pop up a notification. You can select "clean" and check the boxes "Perform action with all infections" and "Create encrypted backup" before clicking on OK.
  6. When the scan finishes, click on "Save Report". This will create a text file. Please then paste the contents of the text file to this thread

  7. 2) You have several bad infections and you would be better served if you were to use the most recent versions of Ad-aware and Spybot as they can get to places HJT cannot. Please use this link: http://tomcoyote.org/aawsb.php to download, update, configure and run these two "big guns" and allow them to remove anything bad they locate. Both programs provide backups for your safety. ***note: please do not activate Spybot TeaTimer until your computer is clean. Run Spybot first and reboot between the scans. It is good to run both programs at least twice, and run the "Full System Scan", here are tutorials if it helps. These are both new versions so even if you have them, you need to update to the new version.

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

SHOW HIDDEN FILES: Follow the instructions in the link to enable hidden files for your operating system.
You may wish to reverse this process if you have any concern about anyone getting into these hidden system files.

RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\hookdump.exe >>> file

Empty the recycle bin, then restart your computer. Look for the items HJT was supposed to removed. If anything is left then remove it in Safe Mode. Then post a new log. I wish to see an emoticon with a big smile on it's face.

    PURGE SYSTEM RESTORE
When you are completely finished with the removal procedure and are satisfied that the threat has been removed follow these instruction:
